La Palabra December 2019: A Celebration was published as an accoutrement to the La Palabra reading that was held on December 15th, 2019 at Avenue 50 Studio.

La Palabra, a program of the Avenue 50 Studio has been taking place since continuously since 2001. On the Fourth Sunday of every month from 2- 4pm, La Palabra invites the community to come out and read their poetry through an open mic series, followed by a featured poet and closing with a Q & A.
